Current member of the State Bar of California, the Commercial Law League of America and Secretary of the California Commercial Collection Association.

Over forty-eight years in credit and collections including extensive marketing, managerial and consulting experience in all areas relating to unsecured and secured credit transactions including commercial credit and collections and asset-based lending. Graduated from University of California at Los Angeles in 1962 with a degree in Finance. Familiar with a diverse array of credit and collection activities in many industries including, Consumer and Commercial Collections, Collection Agencies, Commercial Finance, Apparel Manufacturing and Importing, Textiles, Insurance Industry, Auto Rentals, Floor Covering, Furniture Manufacturing, Steel, Tools, Food Products, Autos, Glass and all areas related to the Construction Industry.
