Contingent Rate - Subject to local legal requirements
These rates apply to each individual account. Commissions will be charged on accounts collected, paid direct, or withdrawn after demand for payment has been made. On claims settled by the return of merchandise, the agency commission will generally be reduced to 50% of the applicable fee. Our agency provides many free services including the following:
- Complete Research
- Credit and Collection Systems Advice
- Final Notice Demand Service
- Complete Skip Tracing
- Free Attorney Review
Any recovered attorney fees or interest will be retained by agency. Special rates may apply for collection in small installments (usually 50%).
